Senile Museveni’s sponsored attack dog Obed Katureebe, an officer at Uganda Communication Commission (UCC) is obsessed with Rwandan Army Generals.

Senile Museveni’s efforts to instill divisionism among the Rwandan Army yield no results. Gen James Kabarebe, a target of Katureebe’s planted lies, is a professional and loyal officer. Gen. Kabarebe differs from Ugandan Generals whom Senile Museveni kills like chicken thieves. For instance Museveni poisoned and killed Gen Aronda Nyakairima for opposing the “Muhoozi Project”, a plot for the son to inherit the Presidency. Gen Henry Tumukunde is currently languishing in jail for pronouncing his presidential ambitions. Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga is held at Mbuya Military Barracks just because he voiced support for Bobi Wine, to name but a few.

The 75-year old senile leader’s institutions are corrupt to the core. His Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) is very weak. It only banks on false and concocted intelligence information to dupe its master to earn huge sums of operation funds from State coffers.
