Senile Museveni is on the verge of eliminating Kaka Bagyenda, the head of Uganda’s Internal Security Organisation (ISO). The senile buffoon’s chief ass licker, Obed Katureebe is to help him by distracting with fake stories about Rwanda while Senile Museveni finalizes his assassination plans.

A high level meeting has reportedly taken place in the corridors of power, with senile Museveni personally directed the proceedings. In attendance was the evil dictator’s brother Gen. Salim Saleh, and their squirrelly executioner, Maj. Gen. Abel Kandiho.

The agenda was how best to dispose of Bagyenda. Some suggest poison might be more discrete, others prefer an outright shooting. Meanwhile ass licker Katureebe is supposed to continue with his fabrications about Rwanda, to divert attention!

Kaka Bagyenda angered the senile, vindictive dictator Museveni, mainly because he has been reported by Kandiho as someone that has failed to kill “maximumly”, on orders from above.
